Job Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the HR Coordinator with onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, including job changes, transfers, compensation updates, and data changes in Workday.
  • Initiate and monitor background checks, reference checks, and medical checks.
  • Collect, verify, and file new hire documents in Workday for localized and non‑localized hires.
  • Share new hire details with CRES and IT for workspace, systems access, and equipment setup.
  • Send welcome emails and support onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain the New Hire Tracker and ensure accurate completion of Workday onboarding tasks.
  • Assist in coordinating leaves of absence by supporting documentation tracking, status updates, and system transactions in alignment with established processes.
  • Provide operational support for employee offboarding activities, including Workday updates, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure employee changes, leaves, and offboarding actions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and controls.
  • Run Workday reports for stakeholders and audits while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of HR operations or HR shared services experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and commitment to compliance.
